LaunchPathPrivacy policy

This policy explains what information LaunchPath (operated by Ari Barrios) ("LaunchPath") collects, why, and what we do with it. In short: we use your information to make your plan and support you. We don't sell it.
What we collect
- Order details — your name and email. (During the free beta we collect no payment information.)
- Questionnaire answers — information about you and your business idea that you choose to give us.
- Email sign-ups — your email address if you request our checklist or updates.
- Website usage — basic, privacy-friendly analytics (pages visited, referring site, device type) without advertising cookies.
- Messages — anything you send us by email.
How we use it
- To create, review and deliver your plan and answer your questions.
- To process payments and refunds and keep business records.
- To send emails you've asked for. Marketing emails only with your consent; unsubscribe anytime.
- To improve our service using anonymized, aggregated information.
AI processing
Your questionnaire answers are processed by our AI provider, Anthropic (Claude), to research and draft your report. We do not sell your answers or use them to train our own models.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run LaunchPath, under their own privacy terms. During the beta these are: Google (email, file storage and our order sheet), Anthropic (Claude, for research and drafting) and Cloudflare (website hosting). Payment processing (Stripe) will be added when paid orders open. We may disclose information if required by law. We never sell or rent your information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes. We keep your questionnaire answers and plan for 24 months so we can answer follow-up questions, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information by emailing ariadnebarrios@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we'll honor valid requests.
Security
We use reputable providers, restrict access to people who need it, and use two-factor authentication on our accounts. No system is perfectly secure; contact us right away if you believe your information has been compromised.
Children
LaunchPath is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
