These terms apply to your purchase and use of LaunchPath plans and this website, operated by LaunchPath (operated by Ari Barrios) ("LaunchPath", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. What you're buying

A LaunchPath plan is a personalized go-to-market planning document delivered as a PDF by email, based on the answers you provide in our questionnaire. The price shown at checkout is a one-time fee. There is no subscription.

2. How plans are made

We use artificial intelligence tools to draft your plan from your answers. A person then reviews and edits the draft before delivery. By ordering, you agree that your questionnaire answers may be processed by our AI provider for this purpose (see our privacy policy).

3. Not professional advice

Plans are educational planning guidance only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical or other regulated professional advice, and they do not create a professional-client relationship. Items labelled "Verify first" depend on outside facts that you must confirm with the relevant authority or a qualified professional before acting.

4. No guarantee of results

We don't guarantee any business outcome, revenue, customers or funding. Your results depend on many factors outside our control. Plans do not contain revenue or market forecasts.

5. Your information and responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Plans are only as good as the answers they're based on. Don't submit confidential information belonging to others, or information you don't have the right to share.

6. Delivery

We aim to deliver within 5 business days of receiving your completed questionnaire. If we can't meet that timeframe, we'll tell you and you may request a full refund. If you don't complete the questionnaire within 30 days of purchase, we'll email you a reminder; after 60 days we may close the order and refund you.

7. Ideas we won't plan for

We may decline any order, in which case we'll refund you in full. We don't create plans for activities that are illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that would require us to provide regulated professional advice.

9. Ownership and use

Once paid, you may use your plan for any lawful purpose, including sharing it with partners, mentors or advisors. We keep the right to our templates, methods, design and general know-how. We won't publish your plan or identify you without your written permission. We may use anonymized, aggregated insights (never your idea itself) to improve our service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any plan or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for that plan. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which LaunchPath's operator resides.
